We supply solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, battery storage, and EV chargers to registered installers and resellers. To make our partners' lives easier, we also offer support with design calculations, logistics, and financing.

KP Energy is a leading Swedish wholesaler in solar energy, EV charging, and energy storage, and is part of OK-Q8 AB. They supply products and services to hundreds of retailers across the Nordics, offering a high-quality range of clean energy solutions—including solar panels, inverters, and battery storage.
The Challenge
To hit their growth goals and expand across the Nordics, KP Energy needed to step up their game in finding new customers and growing existing ones. In a preliminary study, Remotion helped define a go-to-market strategy and shared recommendations on how to digitize their sales and marketing efforts.

KP Energy wanted to boost revenue and scale by expanding into the Nordics, starting with Finland in Q3 2023. This meant they had to focus on key customer segments and tailor their offer for each country.
To reach these growth goals, they also needed a stronger strategy for finding new leads and nurturing current clients. This involved mapping out lead management and customer journeys, improving data collection, and digitalizing their sales and marketing.
To support this effort, a pre-study was conducted. It mapped out a Nordic go-to-market strategy and provided a clear roadmap on how to improve digital lead management, customer growth, and sales enablement.
The 8-week pre-study gave KP Energy the tools they needed for their next growth phase, leading to an ongoing partnership with Remotion for both strategic and technical support.
