Maekly is an AI tool designed for real estate agents. Just jot down your thoughts and notes from meetings or calls, and Maekly will organize the info, remind you when the time is right, and suggest your next follow-up steps. We focus on relationships, context, and timing so you can spend less time on paperwork. Plus, it works seamlessly with your current CRM.
Direction
We started broad and checked in with Maekly in quick rounds. Early on, it was clear that the character should be a reliable companion—warm yet professional.
Shape
The character is a single, cohesive shape featuring the gable form from Maekly’s logo, with the same white 'M' on its chest. The colors are Maekly’s own: teal on top and navy on the bottom.
Details
Next, we worked on the details one by one with Maekly: arms and hands that can wave, point, and hold a phone, simple dot eyes, a subtle mouth, and legs that work when the character walks.
Image Bank
The approved character was delivered in eight views and fifteen poses for Maekly's most common needs, including waving, taking notes, reminding, and celebrating.
Handover
Along with the image bank, Maekly received guidelines to keep the character consistent. This lets their team easily create new images on their own.
Result
Today, the character is live on maekly.se. Maekly now has a character that fits their brand, a starter image bank, and a process to create more on their own.
