YouTube
YouTube is the world's second-largest search engine. Video is booming, and it is predicted that over 80% of all web content will be video by 2022.

Snapchat
Snapchat is where users share photos, videos, and chat. Launched in 2011, the app is now used daily by 238 million people worldwide, according to Hootsuite, with users opening the app more than 30 times a day on average. Snapchat has a very young audience; 82% of users are under 34. Surprisingly, Hootsuite reports that 60% of Snapchat users make impulse purchases.
With over 442 million global users, Pinterest offers great opportunities for brands. Around 48% of users use the app specifically to shop, making it an incredibly high-intent audience.

Other Trends
Spring's hottest trend was Clubhouse, the audio app that took the world by storm. A year after launching, it reached over 12.7 million downloads. Initially iOS-only, they recently rolled out an Android version.
