Main Challenge

Epicenter reached out to Remotion during its expansion across four markets: Stockholm, Amsterdam, Oslo, and Helsinki. Epicenter had varying brand awareness across these markets and needed help to create a scalable framework for driving business through social media based on the needs and conditions of each market. The goals of the partnership were to increase brand awareness both nationally and internationally, develop a smart prospecting method, engage new and current members, and ultimately generate leads across all business areas - spaces, events, members, campus, and housing.

Implementation & Strategy

The strategy was implemented in two groupings: 1) Amsterdam, Oslo, and Helsinki and 2) Stockholm. The focus for Amsterdam, Oslo, and Helsinki was the upper funnel to increase Epicenter's brand awareness and generate new customers and leads for membership and office space rental. For Stockholm, we focused on maintaining existing engagement and expanding it, with the aim of increasing campus awareness. Besides converting new leads into new members, we also engaged Epicenter's community by focusing on events, members, and knowledge sharing.

Concept

The creative framework for Epicenter was designed to package the various offerings; spaces, events, members, campus, and housing with a clearly structured communication platform for both paid and organic marketing. This was done by categorizing interest within the various business areas; brand, office space, campus and housing, new members, member stories, events, community events, leadership, technology, and knowledge. We packaged Epicenter by creating a structure for brand awareness and designed a unique graphic framework for the different areas. Each business area was assigned a color from Epicenter's palette and icons were designed to be instantly recognizable when targeting different messages. The framework also included methods for hypothesis work and A/B tests to identify how different markets react to different types of ads.
