Facebook and Instagram

Facebook is the largest social media channel with 2.7 billion users, followed by Instagram with 1 billion active users monthly. Advertising on Facebook opens opportunities to reach the right audience by having a large database to help you find the right people.

LinkedIn

Today, the platform has over 260 million active users monthly, with a total of over 760 million users across more than 200 countries according to statistics from Kinsa. On this social platform, there are enormous opportunities for those who wish to reach a B2B audience and build a network in their professional life. On average, LinkedIn users spend 17 minutes a day on the platform . Of all active users, 40 million also search for jobs on the platform every month.

TikTok

In recent years, TikTok has grown tremendously since its launch in 2016. The app merged with Musical.ly in 2018 and has topped the charts of the most downloaded apps in both the App Store and Play Store. Today, the app has over 1 billion active users.

This spring, we published these updates about TikTok:

  • TikTok introduced a new ad feature: lead generation, which will effectively help advertisers create lead-generating ads to expand their customer base and more easily drive conversions via the platform. Read the article here.

YouTube

YouTube is the world's second-largest search engine and offers great potential to reach a broad audience. Video content is growing and attracts the most engagement, with predictions that over 80% of all online content will be in mobile format by 2022.

Snapchat

Snapchat is a social platform where users can share pictures and videos with various stickers and filters or make video calls and chats with other users. The app was launched in 2011 in the USA. Today, the app is used daily by 238 million internet users worldwide, according to statistics from Hootsuite. The app has active users who open the app more than 30 times a day on average. Snapchat has a young audience compared to other social channels, with 82% of Snapchats users being under 34 years old. According to a study by Hootsuite, 60% of Snapchat users make spontaneous purchases.


Pinterest

Today, Pinterest has over 442 million global users, offering great opportunities to increase your growth by advertising on the platform. 48% prioritize shopping when using the app's search function, allowing for advertising to an audience inclined toward purchasing.

Other Trends

This spring's hottest trend was Clubhouse – the audio app that took the world by storm. A year after its launch, the app had over 12.7 million downloads. Initially, Clubhouse was only available to iOS users, but it recently launched an Android version.
